For this task, I added the shooting schedule that we had created. Having a shoot schedule is important because it allows everyone who is involved to know when they are needed to be involved and what they are required to do, whether this is directing the session, filming or just going down their for support. Another good reason to have this schedule is because it lets everyone in the group know if there are going to be days or lessons where someone is unable to film for medical or personal reasons or if they have a lesson.
