In this task, I completed a contingency plan and a risk assessment. The reason why a contingency plan is so important is because it allows the crew to know what they need to do to make sure everything stays near enough the same or if there are any problems, for example, if Laila was out for a day, we would look at the contingency plan and see that we needed Annie to take her space.

On the other hand, a risk assessment is a legal requirement as it allows the crew and cast to know of any risks that could occur while we were in the middle of filming.
